As we’ll be working through a template in the session, it’s a good idea to have at the ready
your key Council documents such as your Corporate Plan, community/staff survey results
and other resources including existing communication plans and policies.

At the end of the session, you’ll be equipped to create a robust framework to take your
Council’s communications to the next level.
