After the turmoil of the last few years, many councils are struggling to rebuild connection between their teams. The organisationâs values might sit proudly on the wall but itâs difficult to bring them to life when enthusiasm is low.
Join us for the next complimentary webinar of the Local Government Communication Professionals Network when youâll hear an award-winning case study on how one Council communication team made a positive impact across their organisation.
The City of Charles Sturt recently took out the Excellence in People and Culture Award presented by LG Pro South Australia, for a communication-driven strategy that inspired unprecedented levels of staff participation and engagement.
The âRecognising Our Valuesâ campaign was developed to highlight the outstanding service delivered by Councilâs teams. It also:
- Promoted a culture of celebrating others
- Deepened staff connections with each of the organisationâs values
- Ultimately improved outcomes for the community.
