Elevate is a six-session online program that builds on your solid operational skills to help you transform into a confident and impactful communication leader. It's the only program of its kind that elevates the skills of senior communication professionals as confident, trusted leaders and advisers.
Elevate is for you if:
- You're a communication team leader, coordinator or manager in your organisation, craving connection with peers so you can tap into group learning and feel less isolated, OR

How does Elevate work?
We'll meet on Zoom for six 60-minute sessions, held roughly fortnightly.
Sessions are recorded, in case you have to miss any.
Each session will have a theme, which we'll explore for about 20 minutes.
You'll then share your takeaways with each other. This is where the real gold lies!
We'll wrap up with a discussion about current challenges or issues. This is an essential forum for you to bounce ideas and get a sanity check.
Finally, I stay on the call at the end of the 60 minutes and you're welcome to chat with me about specific issues or questions. You're also welcome to contact me between the sessions if you need extra support.

Neryl is a trusted adviser to some of Australia's most senior leaders.
After a career in the media she spent decades in senior communication roles.
Neryl now works with leaders to help them communicate with credibility, clarity and confidence. She's a senior facilitator with Women and Leadership Australia and an international speaker.
Neryl has a PhD in Journalism and is the author of five books including an Amazon best-seller on media and reputation.
