COMPLIMENTARY WEBINAR

Create an intranet that's the engine room for communication across your Council

Wednesday 23 August at 2pm AEST

Your intranet is meant to be a powerful communication tool – but for many councils, it’s an under-resourced information storeroom that doesn’t have much visibility across the organisation.

Join us for the next complimentary webinar of the Local Government Communication Professionals Network, when you’ll hear how Lake Macquarie City Council’s newly launched intranet is proving to be a go-to resource, helping council teams connect and learn every day.

Lake Macquarie’s Head of Communications and Corporate Strategy, Kate Davies, will share her journey in championing her Council’s revamped intranet and the lessons learned in the leadup to launching it to 1300 staff.

You’ll hear about the importance of finding your internal advocates, engaging your outdoor workforce in the process and how to make your launch a success (hint – include food!).
